kuchhhh yadeeeiiin...............

tumne pal bhar mein kar diya begana
ab to apni surat bhi lage humein anjaana
hosh mein the to meykade ne sambhala
ab madhosh hey jaane kahan hein jaana

unki bewaafai par bhi hume pyaar aata hey..
unhein humaari wafa se bhi hey shikayat
dil to dil hey ussey kya samajhayein
har dastak per ab bhi hey tera intezaar

what is good and what is bad

why is it that we remember each and every details of what good we did to others and forget what good others did to us.... and for bad things it is vice versa.... !!!! sometimes what good we did to others could be big for us but small for the other and what good the other did to us could also be big for the other but small for us.... rather than comparing the weight of what is big and small if we compare the intentions it would be great.....!!!!

Hurt.....!!!!

Hurt is the expression when we do not get what we expected from someone whom we consider close to our heart.... now there are two ways of looking... 1) you always hurt me.... 2) i always get hurt... first case the control is not with me and it depends on others action... second case we are in control and can change the reaction.... if we stop expecting and start controlling the tables get turned... think about it....!!!!

About Story Tellers , Authors and writers.....!!!

There are 7 billion people living on this planet and everybody has his/her own story... some tragic.... some comic...some romantic... some ruthless... some depressed.. some enthusiastic.... some ugly and some beautiful.... every one is an Author and a story teller.... only they are not motivated enough to come out of their shell and speak up......!!!
Then who are these people who become story tellers , authors and writers...
That reminds me of an old joke but very much explains my point of view....
A girl had accidentally fallen into a river and was holding on to a branch desperately calling for help..... there was a large number of crowd gathered and everyone wanted to save the damsel in distress... but no one could muster up enough courage to fight the fast current of the river.....
Everyone just watching....
And then Santa jumped into the river and rescued the beautiful dame....
Amidst clapping he bought her to the shore.... and it was love at first sight..... neverthless they soon got married........!!!
The first night the girl owed allegiance to Santa and said I owe my life to you.... I wouldn't be here if not for you.... you are my soul-mate....!!!
Santa said... and yes I am thankful to that unknown person who pushed me into the river otherwise I would not be married to such a beautiful girl....!!!

I am also grateful to that someone who pushed me into writing and I am sure behind every successful Author / writer / motivator / story teller there is or was someone or some incident which pushed him or her into the strong currents of water and then a new story of struggles / learning / disappointments / recognition / rewards and excellence began...... :)

Do you agree.....?????

Laws of Attraction simplified

6   10th Oct 2013

Dear Readers,

From today onwards I would share with you what little I know about the vast potential of " the laws of attraction" rather I should say "Law of Attraction" because there is in actuality only one law explained and elaborated in different ways......

Of late there has been a hype created about "law of attraction" as if it is the discovery of the century though this basic principle has been there before creation  and will be there post creation / destruction.

As a reader i would highly encourage your participation , debate , understanding and brain storming so that I can learn from you also.

So to start with I would quote from Deepak Chopra's books. I regard him as a very learned person who has gone into the depth of life and i enjoy reading his books. My book "Count Your Chicken Before You Lay Them " has inspirations from him as well and I am indebted to him for sharing his knowledge.

Before I begin i would reiterate that what ever i am sharing are my personal views and research and readers may or may not subscribe to it. I intend to generate a forum for you all to think and do your own research and apply in your life....

So first of all i would dare to break a myth ... it took me long to acknowledge myself although this has been time and again told and retold in scriptures / books and saints have authenticated it. But being born in a scientific age and being a person who follows logic it took some time and research.

so we start from today..... hmmm later in the evening.... :)

Negativity

as much we feel confident there always is an iota of doubt left somewhere... we feel no we cannot do it... the feeling of negativity creeps up and questions us why are we doing this... why cant we be reclusive.... and then we go back to our shell... the protective cover of failure and we sulk , crib and curse...

but suddenly the sense of purpose pricks us... it pricks and pricks hard... it makes us uncomfortable... and then we think no not a failure... do it once more ... get up stand up and one more day ... keep going things will change....

Distractions are just a way to test our focus .... our destiny doesnt lie somewhere outside... it lies within our heart...!!!!

Passion and addiction

sometimes just passion is not enough.... we need to have a sense of discipline.... and a sense of purpose and overall a sense of urgency..... when we say urgency it is not desperation... there is a big difference between urgency and desperation.... desperation involves compromise and lack of faith.... and being desperate would lead us to betray our goal... urgency is like as they say a swimming duck.... if you see a swimming duck it is calm and composed but beneath water its legs are paddling frantically..... there is no sign of desperation but a sense of direction..... and yes it all starts with a dream and a passion.... :) :)

but where does addiction come.... addiction to negativity ... to alcohol ... to self pity ... to smoking ... to television.... to any thing which consumes your life without purpose.....

ADDICTION STARTS WHERE PASSION ENDS

Synopsis of " Count Your Chicken Before You Lay Them"..................!!!!

“Count Your Chicken Before You Lay Them” is the story of Aradhya (a common middle class person) who is a big dreamer. His dream, as is of many youngsters, is to become a financial tycoon and create an empire of his own. Due to lack of financial intelligence (as is missing in today’s education system where we are taught how to work for others but seldom are we taught how to work for ourselves) he ends up bankrupt not only financially but personally as well. He has become a pessimist, a drunkard and just short of committing suicide. He has become a loner with only one friend Saron who is his childhood friend and a well-wisher. Saron coaxes Aradhya to meet Samuel who is a life coach and has changed many lives. But Aradhya’s ego will not allow him to become a student.
This book is the journey of how Aradhya becomes teachable and how he is taught the principals of life and how he gets transformed into a really successful person in true sense. This book gives a preview of laws of attraction and how it works.
But then there is still one thing amiss. Aradhya’s personal life. He meets Akansha who is the motivating force behind him… but is it a one sided love…. Or is there more to it…. Will Aradhya be able to fix all the colors of life’s rubik cube…………..
This book is meant to be a guide for many like Aradhya to reclaim their life back and for youngsters to plan their lives and lead a happy complete life. The story revolves around a soft sweet subtle love story.
“Once in a while in the middle of an ordinary life love gives you a fairy tale and life begins”
